What does it being "German" having anything to do with it? You do realize that most these companies are all using the same cheap Chinese ballasts in their kits. I'd buy just based on the warranty they offer since it's essentially the same stuff. I agree with using ddmtuning.

i velcro'ed it to the frame

 

My dad has that same kit and it works great. Had it for about 10 months and no problems.

 

wow velcro to the frame uh? I would worry that it would come off

ummm or I need to find a place to zip tie it somewhere.
