Will this leer 122 cap fit my tacoma?

I was wondering if this truck cap would fit my taco. I have a 99 extended cab. It came off a truck that also had a 6 ft bed, so I am thinking it will work, but I am not sure, and it would save me gas money and time to know if it wouldn't work. Any help is good help. thanks in advance

One thing I notice right off the bat is that the truck it's coming off of is a Ford regular cab.

You have an ext cab. The line of the rear of an ext is forward leaning vs a reg cab which is pretty much vertical. So if it fits your bed, you'll definitely have a noticeable gap between the topper and the rear of your cab.

Just my opinion.

 

good point! my dad has the same cap on his truck, but it is a full size. The front angles up with the line of the cab. This makes me wonder if they make a different version for single vs ext cabs. thanks for the advice
