I think i have finally settled on a tonneau cover. The Extang Tuff Tonneau III. the price is right and has good reviews. my main concern is will this fit to my factory regular cab bed without any cutting?? It has the full bed liner that goes on the top of the tail gate and sides. It also has the adjustable track system on the sides of the bed.

I have the Tuff Tonneau on my 09 DCSB. No cutting or removing of any of the plastic bed or rails. The cover rails mount on top of the stock plastic with two brackets per side that mount to the track. The track and tie downs still work, but the tie downs are limited in movement to between whatever brackets the tie down is between.

Overall, good light cover for the price. If you are willing to spring a few more $$$, the Access Limited is a good cover that has the bows integrated in the cover, has adjustable tension that allows the cover to fit flat over the bed, and rolls up easier.

The Tuff tonno is a bit more difficult to roll up with one person as the J hook on the cover sides is pretty hefty (it's intent...) so rolling it up tight enough to strap it down is more of a two-person operation.

Yes sir, it works great for me. Never had a leak in 3 years now. Price/performance is good. Only reason I mentioned the Access is 'cuz I have a neighbor that has the Access cover and I like it, just wasn't willing to pony up the extra $100 for the features listed above.

Only downsides that I know of are that to roll it up good and tight is a two person operation and that the bows need to be removed and stored somewhere to use the full bed. Neither one of these is a show-stopper for me, so for the price, it's what I chose.

BTW, last truck I had I used the BlackMax cover (snaps) and was happy with that. Snaps aren't a big problem when it doesn't get to cold and you don't remove the cover that much. When I bought the Tacoma, I just wanted a bit of an upgrade and moved to the Tuff Tonno.
