Hello all. I am new to TW. I actually don't own a Taco yet, but plan on buying one in a couple weeks. I'm looking to put a 3" lift on it. Probably the OME by Toyotec. I am looking at two different tire sizes: 305-50-20 or 275-60-20. The total diameters are 32" and 33" respectively and the widths are about 12" and 11" respectively. Will either tire cause rubbing? And what size do you prefer? Thanks!

    Stickers. Lots of stickers.
More than likely, yes on both of those. I'm running 285/75 with a 3" lift and they rubbed. But I was able to trim the fender and wheel well with a hot knife.

    And Welcome!!!

Thanks for the info! I'll be sure to plan on doing some trimming

Body mount chop, pinch weld, trimming. You'll need 4.5" backspacing to not rub on UCA's. 4" if you go with the 305's.

What is backspacing? And how does it have an effect on rubbing?
