Tire width matters more than height.

A couple thoughts about the kit.

If you're running factory, or factory style bump stops, this kit is great.
If you want to run 2.0's, this kit is great. If you want to run 2.5's make sure you have a very competent off road shop well trained and experienced with cycling the suspension. There's absolutely no spare room in there. You have to have things aligned perfectly.

If you want to run hydro-bumps, look at the total chaos kit. It cants the shock forward more, making extra room for a bump can and mount.

LOL, their polarity is correct because electricity really flows negative to positive. But seriously, I love your truck.

Yeah I mean I have to worry about the addition of both at full flex really. A 12.4" width tire like I have is a huge difference from your 10.4" not to mention the tire will come up higher at full stuff. As far as a shop goes, all the fabbing done to my truck is done by myself and my buddies so we should be able to figure it out haha I'm even thinking about just making a solo motorsports style kit since a friend has a tube bender. Does that mean you won't be able to run hydro bumps in your future with this kit? Or do you think you will still be able to get away with it?

Really digging your build so far, keep it up dude

    Thanks man!

And no, no hydros unless i run them through the frame, which is likely what i'll do.

my tires land right about the middle of the resi at full stuff. I'll snap a pic tomorrow. It's just tire scrub.

Truuuuuue, but my little knowledge on electrical is based on power from red, which i know is technically all wrong. Makes my brain hurt.

As always, Bailey at Baja Designs hooked it up with some more awesome lights. Bought another pair of S2 Pro's to use as camp setup / work / area / asshole driver lights to mount on the sides of my freshly powdercoated bed rack. stoked to see the pieces of this coming together.

Also pre-ordered their new tube mount dome light. Super stoked for that!

My truck still has all factory axle breathers, so i ordered ARB's breather kit. Has a really nice filter, and can connect up to 4 driveline breathers into a single vent. High speed push lock fittings and rigid 8mm tubing.

Somewhat disappointed by finding this much debris in the breather manifold. Always assumed ARB was above average quality. The anodizing looks good, all the parts fit perfectly. Just didn't think i would find this...

Installed my diff breather for the rear while changing out my diff fluid for an upcoming Mojave Road trip.

No you won't. Think about how tall the tire is and when you flex it'll shove closer to frame then his 32s. By a lot.

    Subbed. Sweet build!

Stop ruining my dreams Monte. Looks like tundy/t100 axle is the only way to go for me then.

If you want to run outboard yes.

Granted. May as well lt the front or SAS. Because a t100 axles Is 6" wider, 3" per side then stock. Would look ridiculous with a stock width front end.

Or keep them inboard the frame and still relocate them.

Sorry to threadjack @Willbeck but yeah @Blackdawg only when I have LT front end. I'll probably do an interim re-locate similar to young Brett's or box rocket's old setup.

FWIW my setup is getting hacked up and redone this winter/spring. Also, I have an inch or less between the tire and frame at full stuff, no way could I run an outboard shock.
