This is the aluminum version. Install is straight forward, and the fit was good. I do like the design, the contactor unit needs to be relocated to accommodate the Warn Zeon 10S winch. The following kit from SDHQ is outstanding.

I would definitely purchase this unit again however a word to the wise, I would not buy this unit powder coated from the manufacture. The unit I purchased (from a forum member) had almost no prep work prior to powder coating. There were welding dingle berries everywhere, as by the picture below the bolt up holes need work to allow the bolt head to set flush. Other than the poor power coating prep work and bolt holes that needed modified I love the bumper. In Hind site I would purchase the Zeon Platinum 10S, it does not have a manual free spool release and has wireless control. I currently have to open the hood to access the free spool release and plug in the cord. Time to remove and have the bumper re-powder coated.

Sorry to revive the dead, but are you still liking this bumper? Have you used the mounts/winch with it?

I absolutely love the bumper, great design. The aluminum really saves weight as well. The winch function excellent with it, Warn makes a great winch.

Yes. I did a recovery in the snow using a tug'em strap. Wasn't stuck bad, but the Toyota frame is thin compared to the 4x4's of yesteryear. The way the Victory bumper bolts to the frame's "ears" (similar to a lot of other bumpers), the frame's ears just bent and the bumper pull about 1/2" off one side of the frame. I removed the bumper, bent the ears back into place, reinstalled the bumper and installed the C4 Fab front bumper supports. They fit perfectly with very minor modifications. The bumper reinforcements tie the bumper back further into the frame and have through bolts that run through the frame. If my front bumper moves now, it's going to rip my truck in half....

Is it possible to cut out the logo from the bumper?

Anything is possible with an angle grinder. I inserted black metal mesh behind it, so it’s barely noticeable. You could also fill it with epoxy and spray it black. The textured rust oleum is a near perfect match.

Love the minimalistic bumper, but the logo kills me.

I felt the same way, but it was 99% perfect for me in comparison to the other options. Not all that bad the way I set it up.

Looks real good. Did you paint it yourself, too?

Nope, only the mesh, which is pretty dang close in color and texture. If you painted it yourself, you could certainly get away with the epoxy idea and no one would notice.

I like the epoxy idea. Sand it and paint it. Done. Thanks for the tips.

Glad I could inspire something. If you’re proud of the work, please post pictures! Also, they told me 60 days but it arrived in a week.
