Has anyone run a heavier winch bumper w/winch (150-200 lbs) with ome 885's in the front. The more i have been researching this the more i am leaning toward just staying stock with everything and ditching the bumper. I want one but i don't want to sacrifice the ride of my truck. It is a 12 and it rides like a dream compared to the 06 chevy that i just had that was lifted 6 inches and had 35 inch tires. right now i am looking at the OME coils, shocks all the way around and an AAL in the rear.

You can do 885s with a steel bumper and winch. I would probably stick with 265/75/16 max size tire, the 885s may compress too much with this setup to run 285s. I have 885s with an aluminum bumper and winch and it still rides a little rough. My winch/bumper combo is 150+ lbs (aluminum bumper). The 885s will probably ride pretty nice with the bumper setup you want, but wont give that much lift.

Relentless Fabrication Aluminum Bumper, it's what I'll get someday

It's less without the bars (weight & $$$).
