Winch fitment guide for PelfreyBilt bumper?

    Finally in the green to purchase a winch for my 05+ front bumper. As much as I'd like to purchase a tried-and-trued Warn I can not justify the amount of time I actually get out and how much the Warn M8000 cost. I've looked into and read on the Smitty XRC and it's got both great and horrible reviews 50/50. Same could almost be said about the Warn, maybe 70 good / 30 bad.

    Are there any other winch companies that will fit inside our PelfreyBilt bumpers? I was considering a Superwinch LP8500?

    Just about all winches 12K and under will fit, as long as the solenoid is re moveable, most are. The larger top frame winches with an integrated solenoid and top frame are the only ones to steel away from
