    Sorry guys but I have to put the brakes on Round 2 due to some unexpected changes from Warn. We received notification this morning that ALL Warn dealers are subject to new pricing, effective immediately.

    These prices are locked in stone, and I am not able to discount them in any way. I can not control how quickly the other retailers make the changes to their sites either.

    For Round 2 to continue, the prices are changed as follows:

    M8000 $569 ... NOW $649.00
    M8000S $767 ...NOW $899.00
    VR8000 $469 ... NOW $479.99
    VR8000S $639 ... NOW $729.99
    VR10000 $549 ... NOW $579.99
    VR10000S $733 ... NOW $829.99

    That's about the price I saw on other sites in the last week. For the M8000S. May just have to order elsewhere, doesn't look like the group buy is going to fill up anyway...

    All authorized Warn dealers are going to be required to use the new pricing. Those sites that do not, buy at your own risk is all I can say. It is possible that you may not have a warranty if something happens to the winch.

    Yes.
    I didn't say there's anything wrong with the pricing. I just stated that I had already seen prices over $900 for that winch. I have no problem paying it. However, there's no reason to wait for the group buy to fill up for an insignificant discount. Kthnx.

    Sorry, wasn't meaning that to come out in a negative tone. It was totally as a caution that people may find lower pricing from the typical channels, but it isn't always the best choice.
