    In general you will need:

    Winch mount, this may be a hidden mount or a new bumper. There are other options.
    Winch, recommend 8k-10k lbs, if you buy it new it should include mounting bolts, winch line (recommend synthetic), controller (get wireless), fairlead.

    Go to forums and do a search and some reading. This will give you some more background to ask specific questions.
