Good morning! [I searched] I have watched a lot of videos/ read a lot of install pdfs. Most of the winch mounts/bumpers call for the cooling lines to be relocated. Have any of you had long term issues with relocating the lines? I am not sure if a closer distance to the radiator would cause any adverse effects. Thanks!

Relentless Fab hybrid bumper, 2.5” Dobinsons IMS lift, RCI skids and sliders, block heater. Painted FJ Steelies. Was trying to keep it stock, now slowly building for the Wisconsin trails.
Most winch installations it's best to relocate the control box rather than mess with the radiator support or the cooling lines. You can get mounting brackets that mount the box off the radiator support.
I guess it depends on what bumper you have or are looking at.

Most still require moving the lines simply to fit the winch in there.

2 years in and I don't see any potential issues from relocating the coolant lines yet. But as noted I didn't touch the support bar and just relocated the control box.

I put a Warn Evo 10S behind my bumper, relocated the winch control box and didn’t cut any truck parts (for the winch install) and didn’t move the cooling lines.

I’ll add some pictures in a bit, but in the mean time look up an install video by @ClassyTacos. I used the control box relocation that he came up with.
