my last truck a 2014 tacoma trd sport 4x4 dclb hit 115 and never made a sound!

Thats your best fix. I work for a bus company and the way the factory shims the door seals so they dont bind is put 7/64" od tubing under the seal. Been working since 1983 and they get more wear than your door. If its secured youre good to go.
