Soundproofed cab, beeps purged, bed lights, extra bed tie-downs and TSB springs.
In a wonderfully ironic twist, it is my OCD that enables me to afford the truck in the first place. :D

Ive noticed a little wind noise as well but only when there is a strong head wind. I did buy and install a bug deflector once and just normal cruisin on the freeway, my side mirrors shook a lot, to the point I could not even tell what kind of car was driving behind me. I also had a lot of wind noise at the mirrors as well, all from having a bug deflector installed. Didn't even have it on for a week, its still sitting in my garage.

Hey guys, I actually ended up finding the MAIN source of the noise wasn't the door handles. They make alot of noise with the door off but the main source was elsewhere. It wasn't the side view mirrors either. Don't have time to get into it right now though :p
