Ive had my truck for 4 days now and I got 178 Miles so far. Whenever I go on highway like 60+ Miles/H. I get this really annoying wind noise from driver side window. Not sure if its comming from windshield. Its 2010 Tacoma TRD w/offroad . Is this something manufacturer warranty would cover ? I paid $31,200 all my money that I saved up during my deployment.

Does it sound like a kazoo? Take it back to the dealer. They will reseat the windshield under warranty. My truck had it really bad when it was new. The dealer removed the windshield and re-installed it properly, and it has been perfect ever since.

I think there is a TSB for wind noise from the wind shield if you do a search I'm sure something will show up.

    I have a similar complaint...

Mine does not sound like a kazoo, though...

Just wind noise at speeds above 45-ish...

Might be normal, but it does annoy me...

My '05 Dodge 2500 was alot quieter, and so is my wife's '08 Jeep Commander...

I may mention someting to the dealer at my next oil change...

This is not the same kazoo problem I am referring to. The kazoo issue happens at higher speeds and it is REALLY loud, like your buddy sitting next to you playing a kazoo as loudly as he can. It is more than annoying...

^Right, you KNOW when you have that issue because it's unmistakable for anything else. I have it but it only happens above 80 so it's really not an issue for me.

I waited for a very windy day. Then I took it to the dealer and gave the service manager a ride on the highway directly into the wind. As soon as the kazoo started playing he told me he would get it fixed. It is a fairly well known issue. He had 2 other tacomas besides mine that were due to be repaired. Luckily it is easy to fix and the solution is permanent.

I had mine resealed and it is better but I still hear the kazoo with cross winds. I guess I have to take it back to the dealer. Anyone had their window resealed have to have it re resealed?
