Home from the trip. Already washed the truck and she’s clean again! Had a blast! It was nice to meet @ovrlndkull and @Key-Rei. Ready to go back again soon!

Good to meet you as well I had fun. That park is by far my favorite. I always go there with the grandiose idea of doing a lot more than I actually do.

Well gents made it hope safely and without incident.

    PXL_20201108_221058935.jpg

Final state of the bushings, they were really starting to talk last 50 miles or so but didn't ever fully give up the ghost.

My left shoulder is slap sore from constantly correcting the subtle wondering and right pull all the way home.

Took me stupidly long thanks to going a little slower than normal just in case having to take naps every few hours, and the rain when I hit Florida, no one in Florida can drive in the rain it seems and even though it was just an intermittent light rain there were multiple accidents which added hours to the trip.

I'm just wore the heck out. The hours of getting the truck prepped last minute and the trip has me beat I barely dragged my pillow in, going to shower because frankly I'm offending myself at this point, the dogs are even a little concerned about me and go the fuck to sleep.

Thanks for showing a green horn a good time.

Oh yeah, my spare tire gets to wigglin' on those crap Georgia roads and it feels like a 4 year old kicking the back of your seat for HOURS I was ready to loose my gorram mind, pulled over at a rest stop and took a nap just cause I was sick of the frame bucking my seat.

Going to have to look into the issue.

You did well and weren't afraid! Hold your head high we've all had those damnit this took me out of the trip moments. It's salvaging it with a good attitude and a positive outlook to do it again and better next time that is key. Glad you made it safely.

I’d say you came out a little better than I did the last time I was there.
I was on my Polaris, it cost me a steering shaft and a sore body for about a week.
At least you are home safe, and it can be fixed.

Well, got a couple of new dents, several scratches, popped a taillight, and yeah the bushings.

They were kind of my own fault. Didn't realize there's a special order of operations for greasing them and I over greased them, then wheeling cause them to pop out.

    :anonymous:

    Learning experience.
