It's either trail 30 or 33 (I can't remember and don't have my map handy) but it's seriously fun. It's a 10-12 min pavement drive from the general store to the trailhead and will take you a few hours to run it. It's a blue but it'll make you stop and think sometimes with some spotting, but nothing to where you're going to break your shit. It's a great balance of difficulty.

I will say.... last time I was there when the water was a foot higher than it was when we went last weekend...

8 out of 10 Toyota's (including mine) had starter issues. Everyone had to replace or rebuild. I opted to open mine up and clean the copper contacts off with a wire brush and it fixed it perfectly.

I've noticed that the water in that creek has some different minerals or something that reacts with the contacts in the starter and creates a lot of corrosion very quickly. @Brian422

That's what I am thinking. I used a combo of wd-40, brake cleaner, and a small wire brush from HF and possibly a brush that can go in the end of a drill.

Threw some grease on the appropriate bearings, slapped it back together and haven't had a single issue since.

Mine started out similar to yours then got worse and then better. It was weird:rofl: I tore it apart anyways and found the corrosion and haven’t had issues since.

When it would happen it would just click, similar to what a dead battery would do
