I think 2 years ago my exhaust fell of on the trail, I had some wire holding it up then some hose clamps. I decided to bite the bullet and just fix it today.

    Looks good!
    Those cam tabs are solid.

They fit sloppy at first but I think the trick is to squeeze the gussets and cam tabs together in a vise to get raid of Any play. Hopfully it will stay like when I install them. Thanks for the comment.

That was fun. :) paint looks funny because I didn't wait for it to cool, just figured it would bake the paint in. lol

Looks like that gap was taken care of, if it moves now I’d start worrying about other things.

absolutly, I'm hoping all that paint dose not give me problems installing today. I'm also hoping all that paint keeps the tabs in place so I don't have to fumble with them.. today it goes back togeather with some ims shocks. spring seat height will be set at 8 3/8th with the ome 886 spring to start off with..

    so quite the eventful day:)
pic 1 did not have a cv clamp so improvised lets see if it holds
pic 2 did not know you have to cut the spc control arm bushings out...
pic 3 had to reuses my lca greasable bolts with the 333 tabs. problem is the hole in the tabs are to big for thoes bolts but those bolts fit into the white line bushings. so ended up welding a washer to the tabs that fit the bolt. just a pain but I may be old but still think quick...lol
pic 4 full droop the ims with ome 886 springs set at 8" even from center of eye to bottom of spring seat. did that because i wanted to have the control arm as leval as possiable( sacrificing lift but eh) also wanted the cv to run level. might add some height later on..

so 333 e mailed me back and said it will work with whiteline bushings
so look backed at the build thread and found out I used small steel sleeves on both front and back of the control aarms adn just drilled out the front one fro the bigger greasable bolt. somewhere in my garage are the big sleeves that go in there and will accept the 333 big bolt.. oh well at least there greasable now..:)

Today I decided to put back my old leaf springs on. They weren't good enough for the cap and a drawer system and all my junk but now that the bed is empty they should be good enough. I wasn't sure about changing them back but then freebird came on the radio and I knew I was on the right track. Lol :):):)
