    Whipped this up today for pressing the pinion bearing onto the pinion
    Od is approx. 1 11/16
    I'd is 1 7/16
    Just under 1/8 inch wall

    I'm waiting for my 3rd pinion spacer to arrive. lol. hopfully it will be the right one. Then I'll contiune with it all.
    The hold up has been getting all the necessary tools and parts and this year, actually after the vaccine I'm getting more sick than ever before. Oh well...

    so on the last run I was on the transfer case was still making noise in 4wd. low range. and only when some hard obstacle or hill climb was there. I decided to take it apart and check to see if something is broken. I just found a chain that is stretched.

    Another donor tcase in order? Wonder if you can utilize the old chain from your old case?

    llamasmurf was kind enough to give me another case. as I'm typing this I'm working on the truck. I used his back half of case and my front half. silicone, switches output flanges everything back togeather. went to shift it and i would not shift from 2 to 4 wheel drive.

    took it all apart again this time used my case less worn chain which I replaced with the one from the doner case. hopfully by this days end I can have it up and running again.

    Last year I used this truck to snow plow. Because it was in between buildings I had to go very slow in 4wd. My thought is this is why that chain stretched. Idk...
