just an update on this its pretty much finished.
it can boil water electric kettle no problem and did hook it up to a microwave and ran it for 3 minutes to see how it will do. took it on a camping trip and worked great. I would estimate 5-600 dollars spent on it and it runs my diesel heater, air compressor, electric kettle and a microwave if need be all without running my truck so no affect on the truck battery. So this project is all wrapped up.

I'm pretty sure they don't. Some website probably gives the specs

there 36.7" according to the mickey thompson web site.

just go to 40's and be done with it. don't waste your time with 37's

I forgot to say the truck ran fine. no noise nothing. I took it appart thinking nothing is wrong and i can just do a quick gear change but this was in there. the oil was black and there was some metal in the drain plug but nothing significant. The bolts that hold the carrier together were all loose, not even finger tight, and some of the heads started to wear off on something. Just goes to show if your going to wheel these small diffs on big tires ( 37's is not rally considered big ) but it sound good, your going to spend alot on gears and diffs. IMO. Thats why I went to 1 tons with the other toyota kept breaking ring and pinions. I have been having good luck with this set up so might just keep going with the week toyota stuff this time.:)

Best thing to do while waiting for parts is BBQ.

I put these on the other day. Nothing to rally say about them. Just pictures longer than the old model and boot shorter?? Who knows.

Pinion bearing preload with solid spacer and shims. Looks like 7 in pounds. The spec is 5:00 to 6:00 with used bearings. I'm going to call it good.
