Window 2020

After 5 months and 6 attempts by the dealership to fix my problem, they sent out a Specialist. His solution was to " wax?" the window rather than actually fix the problem. Pretty sure that isn't a long term fix. Needless to say I and disappointed with Toyota.

The problem occurs when the door gets hot from baking in the sun. Once the door cools the problem usually goes away.

Any help resolving this issue with the vehicle and Toyota CS is appreciated. Thanks

I'm still not sure what the OP is point out but my 2020 windows does the nail on chalkboard screech if I don't roll it down every few days. I have not tried to clean my tracks or wax them though..

 

I only wax my windows when I have the house to myself.
