    I had the same issue you need to take a soft wet rag and clean out the rubber channels and it will correct the problem .Also form new the channels are a little tight and overtime they will stretch out . Just clean out the channels here and there . Toyota is correct they need to add some light lube inside the channels that will help also .

    hahah, my 1 year old daughter would run over and do this to the glass on our front door whenever she'd hear my truck pull up.
