    Hi,

    I have a second gen (2013) Tacoma.

I’m having an issue with the front passenger window.

The passenger window can be rolled down by using either the driver’s side or the passenger’s side switch.
However, neither switch rolls the window up.

    Any thoughts?

Not being a dick or anything but did you check the window lock button to make sure it isn't pressed?

I’m glad you asked that so that we can rule it out.
    It’s definitely not the issue.

My next guess would be to check fuses. In the link I am posting there is talks about a fuse that controls the passenger only window. If that is true and the fuse is good then I would take off the interior door panel and make sure the window hasn't fallen off the track somehow. Other than that, maybe something in this link will work for you.

I would check continuity of the Master Switch drivers door for the Front Passenger Window Switch Down Contact that goes to ground connection and the same for the Down Contact for the Passenger Door Controls. That is the common points between the Passenger Door Control Switch and the Drivers Door Master Switch for that window for the UP Command.

If either one of these contacts are not closed the window will not go up because it is missing a complete path to ground.

Check the switch contacts to rule that out. My old tacoma would stick and if i hit the door it would roll up from the drivers side

First question. Can you hear the motor when you try to raise the window? If yes you likely have a mechanical problem with the window. If not, check the plug on the wiring at the motor. It may simply be a loose/corroded connection.

If you don’t have a wiring diagram meter the leads to see if you’re getting power at that point.
You could also jump the down power to the motor up input and see if it works.

The motor is powered from 2 different sources.
Each switch supplies power to the motor from a different and separate location.
The only thing the 2 really have in common is the Switches switch.
Power from both go through the Passenger Switch.
(Driver Front P/W Fuse and Passenger Front P/W Fuse)

I’d start with checking the Passenger Switch.
    Then the motor itself.

EDIT: I just realized Jimmy posted above me.
    I’d take his advice first.
