i have a 2010 magnetic grey double cab.. BOTH front side window molding are melting. The outside molding/weather stripping has become shiny. The interoir weather stripping attached to the door panel is all melted and balled up. My dealer is fixing it now and they say they never have hear of it before.. wondering if you guys had any thing like this happening

Not from the heat I bet. L.I. is under attack by some secret chemical that melts rubber on certain Tacos. Since N.Y.C. is always under attack of some sort, why not a Taco Chem Bomb.

The window trim on my vehicle is gradually melting too. I suspect it is related to having my windows tinted, maybe some chemical overspray. Any chance you had that done too.

Wonder if it's somehow related to whatever melted the plastic/rubber pull handle for a few 2003-2008 4Runner rear doors - happened to my wife's and as far as I know, no one has identified why.
