I am a new member, and this is my first post. I am guessing that a new thread is the correct place to ask for help diagnosing my window problem. Any advice on how to use this forum more effectively is welcome.

The drivers side window of my 2000 Tacoma TRD is stuck in the down position. I can hear the motor running, but there is no window movement when the window switch is held in the up position. I have a 30 piece trim tool set for removing the driver door trim, but I have no experience doing this. I looked for a demo video on removing the door trim and did find one demonstrating on a 4-Runner ( 1996 I think ).

l would appreciate any advice how to do this properly.

    Thanks

Usually the regulator and motor are sold as one. Not to hard to change but small hands would help.
