I would understand that most owners would look past this. I just can't understand it.
had the dealer replace this "window run" or trim once for the exact same problem then the new part just does it again about a week after replacing, like i just lit $200 on fire.

It's almost as if the rubber is manufactured too short for that rectangle clip to hold it together. I can massage it around to get it to stay put but as soon as you roll the window up or down it moves and pops out of place.
Pretty annoying as every time it rains or you wash the truck there is a line of water/rubber that drips from it.

just more or less curious if anyone had this happen to them?

Strange, mine doesn't have that problem. There seems to be plenty of overlap on mine and no visible gap.

my 2020 MGM DBL Cab rear Drivers side window trim had to be replaced. Only had it for a week and when I rolled the window down the top trim piece sagged. Looks great when window is up. When down, the trim piece flaps when driving.

Pretty common. Just do a quick drive afterwards and wipe the water after.
