Trying to see if anyone has experienced this before. The bottom weather stripping on the exterior driver's side window sort-of 'catches' when I roll the window down. The stripping flips and gets 'sucked' into the slot with the window. Anyone seen this or have a solution?

Truck is a little dirty so I'll give it a wash and see if that's not the cause. Does not happen on the passenger door though, which is just as dirty.

Try cleaning window with rubbing alcohol, and clay bar it. Sounds like something, like tree sap maybe making it catch/ stick to window. You can clean weather strip also.
