Pull off the door trim and inspect the motor. Sometimes they seize.

    1) have someone hold the switch in the direction you want it to travel

    2) wiggle/jiggle the wire harness in the drivers foor jamb, you could have a failed wire in the door jamb area.

    3) do the same on the failed door

    4) the actual switch may be in need of cleaning. If you are careful they can be opened and serviced.

Make sure the window relay isn't faulty by swapping with a known good one. If good, check that the window motor is getting power at its connector. If powered, replace the motor. Clean and lube the rails and mechanism before closing up.

I had the same issue twice. My passenger was not able to roll the windown back but I could do it from the driver's door main swith. First time the passenger window switch was changed under warrenty. A few months later same problem so I they changed the main swith on the driver's door and now no more problem.
