I try to keep the windows open as often as possible. But when it's 90 or above I usually always use the AC. Also use AC with windows open on occasion. Also depends on where I'm going if it's a quick errand I don't always use the AC regardless of temp but if I'm driving awhile the AC will be on.

Half & half. It depends on if it is 100 outside. If it isn't too humid windows down most of the time. I gotta enjoy the warm weather as much as possible before it is gone.:D

Most of the time windows down, unless it is really hot and humid or raining, then I do AC...

SW FL is hot and humid in the summer... windows up tight and AC on. When it gets cooler I like to have the windows down but no way now.

    - Billstein 5100's all around with OME 885 coil springs. - K&N Air Filter - HID Headlights & Fogs - Kenwood Stereo & Infinity Speakers - CB Radio, - Fog On Anytime mod - Anti Tailgate theft mod. More comming...
You know, i have always wondered why there isn't an in between A/C on and Windows down when they do those MPG tests... On the highway, i usually crack the rear 2 windows or all 4 windows to have a breeze but still maintain most of the airodynamics (At least that's what i think). I'm not using up Gas on the A/C and i don't have the windows all the way down. If it's real hot then i use the A/C but I'll usually crack the windows a few inches or i'll have them all the way down.

Anyone looked into the aerodynamic effects of the Weather Teck vent visors when the AC is on and the windows are down half an inch ?

I'm in Columbia too (actually, live in Camden, work in Columbia). There's a reason they call it "The armpit of the south" :D The humidity here really sucks. Take a deep breath outside this time of year and you'll drown! Sweat does absolutely no good when I run. It just stays on your skin like another layer of clothes. Nasty.

Anything over 75* or so, my A/C is crankin'. One advantage to the regular cab is there's much less air to cool. It gets cold in a hurry! After the quick initial cool-down, you barely have to run it to maintain the desired temp.

When it cools down though (especially at night) I love to roll down the windows and open the rear slider. Summer nights used to be my favorite time to drop the top on my old '87 Mustang LX 5.0 convertible. Balmy air... like being at the beach. Miss that car.

So after voting for windows down, AC off, i have recently discovered that with the TRD seat covers there needs to be some kind of cool air to keep from dehydrating going from point A to point B. So i have now started blasting the AC along with the windows down, best both worlds.
