You should get a paint marker and make witness marks as you go so that way if you end up stopping you know which ones you've done and haven't. Bonus is if one starts to loosen up it'll be a telltale as long as you can see it that would be key.

How are the truck trails there? I've looked it up before its close to the house but I thought it was pretty much all dirt bikes and 4wheelers.

No real truck trails. Mostly MX friendly park but really cool owner. Was just there 4-6 months ago with the RZR and was a tight fit between the trees. You won’t have fun unless you’re bringing something else to ride.

There are a shit ton of parks listed on the GPS I will be googling a lot of them and looking into going. There are also all sorts of trails all over the mtns. This is going to be fun!!!!

    That’s pretty cool!

I spend hours making the maps for the places we go camping / hiking.

Yeah this thing is going to be pretty cool I can create my own tracks if it doesn't have one already and it has an SD card slot that I can save them too. Mark waypoints etc. This was a better option for me than a tablet because I didn't want to add a tablet to my phone plan to be able to use some of the Apps available.

I use Gaia offline maps. I create a route or series of routes in ArcGIS or google earth and convert it to a format that is friendly for Gaia. Once it’s downloaded within the app I turn my phone on airplane mode and do my thing.

Made a map of huge loop through AL, GA, SC, and TN going to breweries and camping along the way.

Not user friendly enough for me plus on airplane mode how does the phone track where you are? Plus I wanted something to use for street driving as well tired of using my phone. Bigger screen is definitely a plus.

Your phone will still act as a gps even if there is no cell signal.
