    At the very least. This shop that did this should be put out of business, and, I would never let them touch my truck again. The installer and the owner had to be on drugs...

    Ouch. I'm with USAA too. They should take care of you. My truck was totaled in December and they were quick to make it right. A tree fell on our house in February and again, they were quick to inspect and cut a check.

    I'd be willing to bet that he didn't prime the paint that was likely scratched off when he removed the old windshield and it's gonna be bubbling with rust in a few years if not fixed right.
