Windshield replacement

This was a new OEM windshield......the rear mirror has a screw....take it out and slide up the mirror and it comes off...Make sure you unplug the cord...simple.....there are dod all the way around the screen and go pro camera......they take the side rubber seals off and re-use them or you can get new ones from Toyota...they are sold as a kit.....the black plastic cowl comes off after you take off the windshield wipers.....the use a very good 3m black seal bead all the way around....

Faith Auto Glass is a great place.....they also tint at a very good price.

 

Had my sr windshield replaced a month ago but luckily I have 0 deductible on glass. It also had to come from the dealer. Tech showed me the invoice on it and it was like 900 and some, don't remember exactly. Camera mount was there but did not say GoPro on it.
