Only aesthetic mods so far Leer 180 cap & Clazzio covers on order.
Won't know for sure until you ask them.
Might just be extreme hot weather expansion of the gasket.
Check it again after parked in the shade for a few hours in cooler weather.

I just checked it’s the same it’s disappointing if you look down the whole strip there are little nicks and dings and uneven spots like they cut it to install it with a razor blade the truck was 47,000 lol

I had a similar issue with my 2017 and my local dealer swapped it out after comparing with a few others on the lot. Good luck!

That is very common, that gap in the middle of the lower windshield cowl. That is also not a windshield gasket, it a plastic cowling that keeps debris out of the area underneath it which is still exterior to the cab.

Very common. Nothing to worry about. It’s not a seal for water. Mine has a slight gap in the center too. It can vary depending on outside temps. If you get it replaced, it’ll likely reappear as it ages. However, if it bothers you now, while your truck still smells new, talk to the dealership about it. Can’t hurt.

Also consider that stealership techs will likely break, damage, misalign other stuff replacing this. It won't be the master tech doing this job.
