I need to put a state inspection sticker on my windshield and replace it every year. Would adding and removing stickers ruin a windshield tint? Looking to do a windshield tint as well but afraid sticker would ruin it.

Exactly my concern. I’m actually at a tint shop right now getting all the others tinted, I’ll ask and let you know.

They put your sticker on a small piece of plastic window cling then put that on the windshield.

In the shade you can tell it did really darken up the cab. Photos dont capture it well, but I really like it!

I'm looking to do the same thing. Google "windshield visor decal" and you'll get plenty of results and some of them will be from this site.

20 ceramic on the windows. 50 ceramic on the windshields. Won’t have a vehicle down here without it.

It’s actually not bad at all. On back roads with no lights I use the fogs with lows or turn on the high beams. In town or anywhere with any kind of outside light you can’t even tell a difference. My wife liked my taco so much she got her t4r in 50 too. It’s a game changer with heat reduction in the south.

265/75/16 falken wildpeaks. Had em on my 2nd gen and they impressed me so much I threw em on my pro as soon as I bought it. Have duratrax on the T4r and I like em but the wildpeaks are half the price.

Get a prescription from an eye doctor for a tint on the windshield, don't think you will get a ticket anywhere. You will almost definitely get pulled over at some point, but show the prescription there or in court and they should drop it.

Does that go for any tint darkness on the front?

I believe so. I am looking into it over the next couple months. I have a white '17 DCLB OR and the glare off the hood is pretty bad. Thought about putting black vinyl on it until I heard about the prescription. I have had eye problems involving light before, so I think it will be pretty easy to get my doctor to sign off.

Yes it does, and it works. Plan to spend time dealing with law enforcement though. You're still going to get hassled for it.

A prescription will not work in every state. For instance, here in Iowa it won't work; the law is written to not give exceptions for it.
