    I meant the rear view mirror . Do they remove it and re install or cut around it ?

    It's only legal to tint the top few inches of your windshield here in PA. I heard about this clear film. I was actually going to ask about going over the factory tint with this type and darkening up the front sides with a tint like this after I have my truck. If it's not noticed then maybe I'll do the windshield too. I can't see getting pulled over for it if no one car really tell it's there.

    I have 70% on my windshield for the heat and UV protection. No visibility loss at night. By the way, with good ceramic film, the “clear” 70% film offers the same UV protection and almost the same heat rejection as a dark tint like 15%.
