    I have heated the pin for over 20 years. I have never had a problem.

    just had this happen the other day

    but after awhile they finally started working

    probably have some summer fluid still in there

    added a good winter fluid and havent had any problems since

    Just go get a winter blend washerfluid. I always run one that is rated to -45. problem solved.
