Which fuse box was it under? Kick panel or other? Mine still doesn't work and it's starting to annoy me. Need to go and pull mine and check

Also keep the little spray holes clear of debris including spray wax from car washes....straight pin will do it.

It only took me 2 months to check, but I finally got around to it. I also had a blown fuse. Just got a new one and they work fine now

Only thing I could find online were some complaints about it allegedly ruining low level sensors in some higher end cars. Our trucks don't even have these sensors. I have been using it for 2 years with no probs... knock on wood.

Which fuse was it? I'm running into the same problem and could use a little guidance to save time.

It's up under the dash in a little fuse box. It's labeled washer and it's a 10 amp fuse.

Sorry never saw the quote notification. Hope you got it figured out. It was the one in the kick panel and it’s one of those really small 10 amp one.

Nickel for scale as that’s what I had close by

I used the RainX green in my old Jeep TJ and my Nissan.

Fucked them both up. The Jeep washer fluid reservoir was super easy to clean out, but it had clogged the shit out of the pump, which was also a easy fix.

The Nissan reservoir was buried under a bunch of shit. I rinsed it out as best I could and bought a new set of sprayers...cleaned the old ones out but still had to switch them out all the time. I sold that bitch.

I have used rain-x green in all my cars, Tacoma, Lexus NX, Frontier, Honda CRV and my work van Dodge Caravan for over 10 years and haven’t had any problems with it. Of course i live in Hawaii and the weather here is always hot. Maybe it freezing may be an issue.

I read everything on this thread as I had a similar issue. The pump was turning on but no fluid. I checked the spray nozzles and they were not clogged. I pulled the line from the check valve under the center of the hood. Fluid flowed well. I ordered a new check valve for 6.99 from Amazon and i have perfect spray. I hope this helps someone.

I haven't tried the pin trick yet, but when my sprayers got clogged on my 03" I blasted them with the pressure washer at the self car wash and that cleared the out.

Scotty Kilmer recommended the Orange RainX. Are you saying that SK is wrong? Holy crap.
I’ve got 3 gallons of that stuff.

Just use it often and your fine . Run some regular stuff during warm weather.

Hey guys! A lot these are for both nozels.. but I woke up to -1 C here in Kelowna and now my driver side nozzle isn't spraying. I haven't investigated, but I was hoping I'd get a reply before the end of my work day and get some ideas. I would think the fuse is for the pump, which operates both. So I'm thinking its clogged... because I can see a bit of fluid coming out, but not spraying. Any thoughts??

I typically use the Rain-X orange as well, thought it was the “-25*” one however the other orange is rated to “0” I believe. Either way as the temp begins to drop (under 50*F), so does the pressure out of the nozzle and without any intervention as the temp warms up the spray nozzles gets my windshield and 3 cars behind me (pressure returns)

Could the fluid just be getting thicker? I’ve pretty much always used the orange and never had this happen. Probably going to try something different this winter. Just curious if anyone else has experienced the intermittent failure.

Dealer told me to “clean lines” except I’d think if they were clogged I’d have continual failure and never regain pressure?
