Orange rain x in my tank, first cold-ish morning and it sprayed for a couple seconds then drivers side quit, then passenger quit. ....well, shit.

I don't suppose there is a drain on the tank. Can the delivery hose be used to drain the tank assuming the clog is in the nozzle or does the pump prevent flow?

Worst case buy a transfer pump at Ocean State Job Lot or Harbor Freight.

Seems like ... a real design flaw that this system can possibly freeze up, given the proximity to the engine heat. I use -30 fluid and still have problems with it icing up in anything below 25.

Thanks for this thread. Blown fuse was the problem here. I replaced with the spare stored in the fuse box in the engine compartment. So, zero cost. Except for the gallon of fluid I bought when I thought I was out. :)

Never had this happen on any non-Toyota vehicle. But if this the worst thing I have to deal with on a Tacoma, I'll take it.

Had the same issue. I pulled the 10 fuse from the fuse panel under the dash. Then I replaced it with the spare 10 fuse from the fuse box under the hood. I'll take the old one to NAPA to get a spare.
