I’ve already replaced the blades and the wiper arms and spring and yet there still a lot of areas where the blade is losing contact with the windshield.

    Where should I look next?

^If the blades are losing contact in areas where the windshield curvature is greater, you can try suffix-B Bosch Icon blades.

It’s actually not at the ends of the wiper blades. on the passenger side it’s 2 spots, 1/3 in from each end.
on the driver side, it’s 1 spot 1/3 in from the far tip.

I would take one of the blades off the truck, sight down the length of it, and see if there are any ripples in it.

If you haven't already done so, blow $50 for a set of blades from your friendly Toyota dealer and see if that makes any difference. I used to just replace the rubber parts with a set from a Toyota dealer, but as of 3-4 years ago that dealer stopped stocking them. :(

I swear by these...but having trouble finding a set...everyone wants to sell one blade at a time
I bought a set for about $55 4 yrs ago
