Windshield wiper will not turn on

    I have a '99 Tacoma and Today when walk out to it, it was raining so got in the truck and turned on the wiper blades but nothing happen so i turned the truck off an tried again but still nothing? I hope its not the motor because the truck has been babied is whole life only 84,000 miles on it. Any help?:(
