I got the new Netbook, and was havin issues hookin it upand being an idiot I pushed the reset button and now I can't figure out what settings I need to do so my DSL will work

If I run a LAN or Wireless from the Router I get no Internet, but if I run from the modem wired into computer it works great

My advice would be to unplug everything, modem and router. Then plug modem in first, let it boot, then plug in the router. They should connect back together again.

if you get internet when your connected wired but not through the wireless then your wireless security settings aren't configured correctly. Connect the computer to the router through the wire, open your web browser and type in the routers IP Address (i.e 192.168.0.1) a box should pop up asking you to login , depending on the brand of router this next part may vary but usually the username is admin, and password is blank (if not sure visit your manufacturers website and download the manual for your specific device) it should give you the login information.

Set your wireless security settings (wep/wpa/wpa2) choose a password , then search for your network on the laptop and it should prompt for the "key" also known as the password.

Hey dumb question for you, in the settings of your router, do you have a tab for wireless connection? if yes check to see if this is disabled. My Verizon router is defaulted to disabled, had to enable it for my laptop to work.
Is the wireless light lit on your router?
