    Two Questions:

What is the simplest way to wire these two accessories through my camper shell? Item 1, Item 2

What are all the necessary parts needed to install both accessories together to my vehicles battery?

Thanks in advance. First time installing an accessory. I have a 2008 2.7L Base model

Simplest? Get appropriately rated batteries and wire directly to them.

But the not silly way to do it is learning about relays, and add some under the hood.

You’re looking at a separate fuse for those.
They pull 10A each. You can’t piggyback off anything in the fuse box.

Ok - this may be a lost cause then. This is how I wired it and when I turned it on, I heard a high pitched frequency noise. The fans did not turn on. Now Im trying to figure out if I can even do this project in the first place.
