Hello, all I’m trying to solve a 4LO issue on my 2006 Tacoma Manual.
2HI to 4HI works fine and back to 2HI, but as soon as I put in 4LO it goes straight into 4LO and the 4LO light starts blinking and won’t allow me to switch it back to 4HI or 2HI no matter what I do. I have found that I can take the cover off the t case actuator and manually put the truck back in 4HI and put the cover back on but I want to test the actuator. Do any of y’all know how to shoot the actuator itself to verify it works. I’m thinking I’m just gonna put a led light tester to plug and try cycling it and see if I get power on any of the pins and if so mirror that to the plug and apply 12v directly and see what happens. Thank you all.
