I asked about this a few weeks ago before I actually had my lightbar. I have also searched and searched and still cannot find an answer. I want to wire up my @Baja Designs S8 20" lightbar to a @Ch4x4s switch. I'd like the bottom writing on the switch to illuminate with the dash lights, and the top light of the picture to illuminate whenever the lightbar is on. Right now I have two configurations that I found while researching online, but neither one works as I think it should:

If I wire the switch to the red and black wires from the lightbar like I've shown below, the bottom writing on the switch illuminates as it should, the top light never turns on (but still turns on the lightbar), and the bottom writing actually turns off when the dash lights are on and the lightbar is turned on.
    • Green on switch to red from the lightbar
    • Red 2 to an add a fuse in the tail light circuit
    • Red 1 and black to the black from the lightbar

If I wire the switch to the red and black wires from the lightbar like I've shown below, the bottom writing on the switch illuminates as it should, the top light is on with the lightbar OFF and it shuts off when the lightbar is ON, which also shuts off the bottom writing too.

    • Green on switch to black from the lightbar
    • Black on switch to black from the lightbar
    • Red 2 to an add a fuse in the tail light circuit
    • Red 1 on switch to red from the lightbar
Most resources I've found show three wires coming from the lightbar, but mine only has two! Someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Anyone? I can't be the only person to use this switch and this lightbar combo. For the record this is the harness I have. It only has a positive red and a black negative from the relay going to the included toggle switch. No third wire like a lot of the info I am seeing.

The two red wires coming from the switch require two separate sources of power to power the individual leds. I wired red 2 to the tail light circuit so it comes on when the lights come on and I wired red 1 to an ignition on circuit (I can’t remember which one).
