    Hey everyone,

I know this is not a new topic nor is it something I want to ask for help on. I purchased a couple of those Oznium LEDs to put in my cup holder. After reading every post on TW and most other forums they all say that in order to have the ability to dim the LEDs as well as have them come on with your other lights that the best way is to wire them into the A/C control's green and green/white wires.

However, for my 2002 Tacoma, the power and ground wires in the A/C unit are not those colors. The 12v in is blue/red and I am not sure what the ground is.

That's my only question: what is the ground wire?

I think it may be the black/white wire but I cannot find a wiring diagram or post that answers this.

Here is a pic of the wiring harness:

KP, everything I have says the ground is a wht/blk wire. I'm assuming this is a blk with a wht stripe. Unfortunately the information I'm referencing is somewhat generic, it only covers 96-98 Tacoma's and T-100's, but it is a repair manual for 1st Gen Tacoma's upto 2004. Sorry I'm not more helpful, but I think you're on the right track.

Thanks for getting back to me. I ended up using a different hook up method. I took the wire leading to a light inside the dash and hooked into those two wires. The positive was Green/Red and the ground was White/Green - oddly enough.

Go figure! Thanks for the update and glad you got it wired.
