Has anyone wired flood lights on the same switch as your bed light? Wondering if that is easier or if I should just do a standalone setup?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

personal opinion: easiy or not, I would want the option of either/or not both all the time.

You probably could do it, but would need to wire in a relay for the power directly from the battery. The switch would only trigger the relay. Otherwise, you would have too much current running through the switch and factory wiring to power a flood light.

This would be the best/easiest way to do it. Just gotta find the wire that brings the heat to the bed light and use that for the trigger.

If you don’t have bed lights, you have to do some extra work and add some factory parts.
