the wires for the marker lights are green and white, the wires for the raptor lights are red and black. Which wires do I connect to make them work?

Pretty sure white is ground and green is positive if that doesn’t work, try the other way around. :)

All ground wires on these trucks are white with a black stripe.

I wired everything before installing and it works, but now after installing the lights the marker lights are not working so evidently I have blown a fuse. I opened the fuse box, but can’t find which fuse is for the marker lights. Can someone let me know which fuse i need to replace? Headlights (both lo/hi) and turn signals all work, just not the upper outermost light on either side (which is what I spliced the leds to. Any help would be appreciated.

It's the 10A tail fuse. Either you pinched a wire to ground in the mounting or the added lights draw too much for the existing circuit. If it's the latter, you're going to need to put them on a relay.

Thanks, not sure Toyota would mark a fuse “tail” for a light that is in the front.
