it was always fun playing salsa roulette down there. sometimes it wasn't much, other times it would destroy you.

Work is crapping on my plans right now. I'm hoping I can make it still, but probably later than planned.

Well, I got up early and it looks like I'll be able to finish up my day early. Guessing that I'll be down there between 5 and 5:30.

For those who haven't met up with us at petrifying springs before, this is where we normally park:

    https://maps.app.goo.gl/R7KtXYakWUYdi7HY6

We usually would park here and BS a little bit and then walk over to the beer garden for refreshments and grub.

Also, I managed to get out of work at 3:00. I have to stop in Sullivan and grab the 4Runner, and hoping to be there between 5:00 and 5:30.

Yeah, only 8.5 hours today. Original plan was to skate out at 1:00 and make up the hours tomorrow, but it didn't quite work out like that.

My GPS is telling me 544 p.m. So hopefully I won't be far behind you.

Welp, I'm sitting this one out. My old man called me and they have some sort of backup in their main. Basement has a couple of inches of water sitting there. Hopefully it's only a clog and nothing serious. On our way right now to rent a heavier duty snake.

I've heard horror stories of roots penetrating old pipes and causing blockage. Crossing my fingers.

Have one for me and a couple more while you're at it. I'll see most, if not all, you guys at Tigerton!

Hopefully it's nothing major. In our first house which was older, we had 3 huge trees that roots kept on blocking our main line. Nothing like waking up to the smell and sight of your own shit on your basement floor. When it happened we couldn't even run our sink or the water would go into our basement. Every time it happened we had to call a plumber who'd come with a sort of snake with blades on it to break the roots apart. I feel for you and your parents, good luck!

Dang man that sucks, best of luck getting it cleared up. I had the same thing at my place when first moving in. Had to have some company (Mr. Rooter maybe?) who used a water jet on a trailer to blast out the roots. Tree came down shortly after and never had problems again.

    Me four, good seeing everyone!
