Once you quit teetering, you could just drive out of it. I won't lie, it took me a second to collect myself and evaluate how to proceed. Until seeing Brian, I didn't realize just how far the rear was in the air!

 

That 'mud' and ruts showed no mercy.

Also, I'm still interested in some sort of activity Friday during the day.

There's the longer hiking trail down by the river as an option. I also might dust off my old mountain bike and bring it along, as there are bike trails at the campgrounds as well.

I'm thinking we'll just discuss this at camp and make a game-time decision based on weather, and how ambitious everyone is feeling.

 

I’m planning on bringing my old mt. bike. We shall see if I have the energy to ride it. I might just hang in camp and drink. Idk.

I spent a bunch of the afternoon getting 85% of Kentucky out of my cab. Will do a thorough clean in a couple of weeks...just in time for Tigerton.

 

I started today, too. Vacuumed, washed floor mats, and ran it through the Kwik Trip car wash. Still needs a hand wash. I'll sponge the interior after dinner and get the Chemical Guys Interior Cleaner and boar out brush tomorrow. Maybe power wash the under carriage and hand wash ALF, if I have enough ambition. With temps in the 40's on Monday, probably not.

 

Sorry to disappoint the masses, but nobody was getting caught with their pants down.......this time.

Hoping to swing by Saturday morning and join the crew for a TWAT trip, but it'll be a game-day decision. The wife and I have been crazy busy recently, and this would be our one weekend with no plans. However, I miss the shit out of you guys and love the drive up there...

 

We just picked up our 2025 spousal fishing license and I was thinking of putting out a few lines on the Mississippi River and have a couple beers. I’m in for whatever though.
