Wisconsin area events, parking lot parties and social gatherings

Are we doing anything before august @Thatbassguy ?

Small group camping (3-5 peeps?) before it gets hot as balls?

 

I'm hoping to run the northernmost section of the T.W.A.T in June or July. I was going to try to coordinate this with @ajmogen and @BEAR_KNIFE_FIGHT .

A friend at 4runners.com is interested in running the 7 Hour Plane Crash trail in late July, but I don't know if we're going to want a group on that day or not.

I'd like to get out to Potosi and goof around in that area again, mostly because I want to have lunch or dinner at Potosi Brewery

I'm tagging along on a trail ride in Antigo next weekend. I might be the only Toyota there

 

I'm new. I'm spamming the Wisconsin threads. I want and need to change my truck's mall crawler status. Though she will still be my daily. Still stock

 

I'll post details about any trail runs here once I get details worked out.

I have a work vehicle, but the 4runner is still my daily otherwise. These vehicles are pretty capable stock with a decent set of tires.

 

This thread an my thread pretty much cover the Midwest events. Hopefully we’ll be doing stuff again before too much longer

And just Do it! Mines my daily driver too. It’s more fun if you can take your DD everywhere you want to go ~43000 miles a year.

 

My wife and I are going to our cabin up north June 19-21ish. She’s bringing her mom so she will be driving separately. So I think I will be doing a pipeline run Friday or Saturday... anybody around for that?

 

Damn. I have plans that weekend. I also might have a nephew's birthday party that weekend, so I might have to cancel the other plans.

If I cancel the original plans I had, I might be available Friday afternoon or Saturday morning. I'll keep you posted.

I had a blast today on that section of the Pipeline. I went to "Bro Rock" for glamour shots, and ran what I could from there north. Some areas were flooded, and others were oddly dry.

I'm still not ready for the rock climb. Maybe with a good spotter.

 

If I can get the family to depart on time I’ll stop by. Heading to Green Lake in the morning.
