Do what you want. This isn't MOAB. This is Wisconsin. The terrain out there might be cool , but the people here are cooler.

I'd love to have you on this trip, though.

I have both of those. I hope to never actually use the hi-lift!

I've used it once in a parking lot at 20*F at midnight on my way to badlands. You want the definition of sketchy?

I don't know where you have wheeled your truck, but the pipeline is the most challenging terrain I've found in Wisconsin.

I bet! Everyone I talk to pretty much considers it a last resort.

I bought it for the winching capability, and just in case. I keep it in a case on the roof.

Yeah, I totally missed the first pre-season game. I like watching football. I just don't follow it very closely.

The Packers have been pretty boring for the last few seasons, so I haven't been paying attention.

    Ha that’s still amateur level.

After you’ve used two hi lifts, blocks of wood that keep breaking, a winch, and a crowbar all at the same time we can talk definition of sketchy.:cookiemonster:

    @Peeing on Jeeps

Here's a screenshot from my dash cam. There are several areas like this, where I have ended up taking the easier path.

If you want to challenge the truck, you can take the hard route. Everyone can decide how difficult they want it to be.

Everyone has a different level of skill and no-one will be bashed for not wanting to attempt an obstacle.

Aside from all of that, the point of this trip is for everyone to enjoy the outdoors and have a good time.

    Yes! Great point!

There's a few things that I haven't attempted alone that I might like to try knowing that I have help if needed.

I have limited experience, so I plan on learning a lot that weekend.

There are a few spots that always seem to have standing water. We'll almost definitely have muddy trucks on Saturday.

On the motor vehicle usage map, the pipeline is 55552. Lakewood/Laona district.

I don't know if it was a logging road or what, but there's stuff there that I've been afraid to attempt alone. I think you'll find it entertaining.

Being from Central Wisconsin, are you familiar with any trails around Antigo? I have heard that there's some good ones in that area.
